I don't know, it's sort of fun to find out that some guy on 2+2 has figured out that the whole Korea thing is really just China showing their disapproval with the Fed. I don't think I could have come up with that on my own

It's basically a lawyers trick - if you write a lot of words, it's hard to spot where you slipped in the lie/assumption you don't want challenged/goal post shift upon which the correctness of one's arguments rests.

I would actually respect everyone who went to law school if lawyers could openly insult each other in and their clients in the most dramatic fashion possible in court like they do in that forum. That **** would be epic.

That's the whole thing that's annoying about lawyers. Learn to speak in lingo, charge people up the ass for it because they don't understand it. Insulting each other in terms the whole courthouse could easily grasp littered with expletives would at the very least make courtroom TV incredible.
