I am usually the type of person that won't tell a manager at a restaurant that we are disappointed in the service when they come to apologize for a lost order and hate going above people to get stuff done. However, I gave the people I was working with a lot of fixes and stuff that they asked for in the next 5 to 7 days was in their hands within 6 hours every single time. Once I missed one closing date and the seller threatened to relist if or raise the price if I missed another I had to do something. Also, when my agent, who has been doing this for ~25 years, said that she has never seen a lender botch something this badly it seemed like time to act.

Somehow this lady, a SVP, has been in constant contact with me this morning and the two people I had previously dealt with have found a way to make the system work a lot faster while apologizing for the process and lack of clear communication and saying they wished they had certain information sooner (despite not informing me that they needed it). Hopefully this works.

Is there ever a scenario where, thanks to relegation, a team which may objectively be among the best in soccer is unable to compete for the championship? Kind of like tOSU last year, although obviously those circumstances are different.

thanks, but its not cool unless I close tomorrow. I am homeless if this drags out beyond Thursday (lease ends at end of Feb). If it closes next week then I have to hire movers and take a 1/2 day off to move out and in instead of doing it in 1 hour on saturday with a few friends. I have only a bed and couch to move and am buying all new furniture beyond that so its such a simple move that its a lot cheaper to buy friends dinner and beers than pay 2 guy $150+tip to work for an hour.

seems like everything is set for closing tomorrow.

I sent him a follow up to tell him who had helped me today and let him know the issue seems to be resolved. I did make the mistake of forgetting that we were on a first name basis as he had signed the previous email "Brian" and I addressed him as Mr. Moynihan again. He replied in no more than 30 seconds saying "[name]. Glad it worked through. Brian"

Definitely earned my respect.
