Is this the year they make the move to $5/box? It seems like about ten years ago they went from $3 to $4. Imagine they can't resist the urge to charge more and make it a nice round number.

Like all other solicitations outside of grocery stores they are annoying. I generally go with the "pretend to be on my cell phone" play to get them to leave me alone.

How long does it take to be able to tell minor differences between beers? I keep buying these expensive as **** micro beers and they all taste the same to me.

Semi-non-sequitur/wife job update:

Just leaving Georgia right now. Wife is half-way done with her interviews for a professor job. She's got 2 job offers ATM, and a third place that has yet to make a formal offer, but has said "just say so and the job is yours."

I was really impressed with Athens, GA. It was a fun visit at UGA and they have some really good food. Took a real estate tour - the amount of property we can afford here is staggering, especially in comparison to Austin, where we live now. UGA is looking like a probable destination.
