Skylight (2)
Library (4)
Surround sound/music (4)
Cell phone (3)

I could also probably drop the cell phone + skylight if I'm going for 10 mil. Either option seems pretty doable to me.

As for this thing, no way I'd do it with any available combination. There's similar scenarios we've all seen that I probably would do, but not this one. Feel like I have to skip the girl to get everything I'd need. I guess there's some tiny chance I'd do it if this girl was somehow the perfect fit for me. She wants to watch football, bone at halftime and play video games afterward. Still not sure it's doable because she costs too many points.

Can't believe anyone would choose the fast food, much less add the Chicfila option. Huge fish move, imo. Why not just look up their recipe and make it yourself in your awesome kitchen, not like you don't have time on your hands.
