classifying food as healthy or unhealthy is kinda ******ed but i doubt there's a significant difference in the nutrient profile of a meal at your average high end restaurant and an equivalent meal at a diner (or as equivalent as you can get i guess).

bourdain has spent most of his life drinking, smoking, doing tons of drugs and eating whatever tastes good with little regard to his health but he apparently eats very little so he is skinny as a rail. or i guess there's some small chance he has an undisclosed metabolic disorder or intestinal parasites or something.
