It's a real catch-22

Having an odd flashback reading this convo:

Lazlow: "Alright, Liberty City, this is your talk radio show Chatterbox,

Lazlow: "Naah, I really can't say I have."

eating. Possum, raccoons, even zebra meat, cooks up pretty
good."
Lazlow: "Err, do you have anything else to say, or..."
Caller: "Pigeons. Pigeons are good too. Sometimes, they come with notes

Squirrels...squirrels is not so good, they...taste like
goldfish...meat's real stringy...ya know what I mean?"



First 50 seconds or so

bison is pretty good too. really lean meat, somewhat gamey but I remember loving it

Boiled seahorse is amazing. Treat yourself one day. Though it's no seared sea anemone.

Buffalo is pretty excellent in all forms imo. Leaner and the meat is tastier than comparable beef (ofc, if you like a decent amount of fat in your meat, beef will be your preference).

Had kangaroo in Australia. It was a little gamey, but in an intriguing, tangy way.

Ran into one of my pet peeves at the gym today, the dude playing pickup hoops who insists on his own, different set of rules, calls ticky-tack fouls and doesn't call them the same both ways, and then talks a bunch of **** on top of that.

i think part of the definition of "pet peeve" is that it's the exact opposite of serious business

I guess it depends on the gym, maybe it's true with the older set (the only other guy I've seen who did anything like this was like 20 years older than me)

The weird thing is I'm playing at a college gym, so if anything I should be the one angling for my own special rules since I'm old and slow, not the young, athletic guy who's clearly the best player on the court already.
