Speaking of quail; the best steak tartare I had was topped off with a raw quail egg. I've had many other steak tartares, and the ones with the quail egg are far superior than the ones without.

Only glaring error for me is pork belly way the **** too low... I've had pork belly probably 10 times in 6 different restaurants and every time it was outstanding.

Best case was at this restaurant called "the bad bean" in the obx (kitty hawk afaik). They had a special for pork belly tacos. Had to go twice to get them both times and the they were all I could think about for like 3 weeks after.

Also up there for me is peking duck. There is a place about 45 min away that has served duck to basically every president in the last 30 years. It had the same effect on me, all other food sucked for weeks after.

I am guessing most of you have been exposed to the recent report about seafood in Boston, NY and some other cities where sushi and other seafood restaurants regularly swap out some fish for cheaper lower quality substitutes.

This has scarred me.

Pandora question*: If I'm listening on my phone I can skip like 6 songs an hour per station, but if I'm listening on my computer that 6 songs per hour rule seems to apply across the board, can only skip 6 per hour across all stations. Is this correct?

*I believe Pandora doesn't work in Canada
