Draw up a bath, close the curtains, light the candles, and crank up the radio heads.

Or maybe root for teams that don't blow up like Algerian oilfields every postseason.

Reminds me of when my friend and I worked at the same place. They switched to a 9-9-9-9-4 work week and he was fruiting out asking us "what am I supposed to do all day friday afternoon?" "I'm going to have to pack breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the other four days!" LOL. wtf? I was like "dude, do whatever the **** you want - get **** done that you normally can't during normal business hours... do whatever... go home and jack off." I don't get these people who can't spend time alone for 4 hours without having a panic attack. He's a strong introvert, too, which made his panic attack more strange.

I'm almost certain that today, January 21st, is statistically the day in which more people commit suicide than any other day. JUST GET THROUGH TODAY BRO.

Go play golf is the correct answer. I'm raising a 5 month old boy and, coincidentally, have not played golf in... 5 months. Would kill to go out and get a round in, and weather is a non-factor here in Houston.

Those are the hours I work. I wisely use my free time to take a 3.5 hour nap every friday afternoon.

I would rather work 12-4 or something on Friday than 8-12 or whatever. Rolling in at noon for a half day is megaelite.

Whatever and Ever Amen is a great album, forgot about that one. Although Brick is not even one of my favorite songs on there. Battle of Who Could Care Less is elite.

The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner is a great album too.

I think I'd just rather work 9 hours per day and get every other Friday off.

As is, I basically work 10 hours every day with no half days, but luckily we get basically every banking holiday off work.

Used today to marathon through about 6 eps of Mad Men S2 and get laundry done.

My work just switched hours from 0800-1600 to 0630-1430 - it's incredibly awesome, especially since I was showing up at 0530 anyway to beat gate traffic, just miss out on an hour of sleep

I feel like it was pretty inappropriate of me to spend MLK Day not working, and using that time to watch a TV show about how hard it was to be successful and white in the 1960s.
