soak feet briefly in cool water, clip toenails, do a bunch of work on cuticles, buff nails with emery board, soak feet in hot water, scrub soles/bottom/top of feet with some block shaped thing to make them smoother, then a very nice foot/calf massage with lotion and oil.
Overall took about 25 minutes. Cost $20 plus $5 tip. Highly recommend!
get about 5-6 of these a year, mostly in the summer b/c i'm a flip flops guy.
actually have a gift card to the nice spa that i got for christmas i'm kinda sitting on.
also, get your nails buffed the next time. it's not polish they just buff 'em out real good.
