I just bought a Used 09 Corolla S over the summer

just under 40K miles, moonroof, premium 6 speakers, aux jack. Only feature it didnt have was leather seats but it had like a vinyl instead (like not furry cloth).

was like 14.5K out the door, from a dealer. Toyota (at least in my area) has a really great CPO policy too- 1 year/12K bumper to bumper with 7 yr/100K powertrain.

Super pleased.

Listening to a lot of The Wall and Surfacing (McLaughlan) lately

I live in the middle of no where Canada, there aren't really hipsters, just very little diversity.

Just listened to two Bon Iver albums back to back, didn't realize his music was this mellow beforehand

I thought Bon Iver was an island between Great Britain and Ireland

It does seem like the kind of music you would write when chilling alone in a Wisconsin cabin during the winter

most of the artists listed are pretty mainstream really, hipsters would probably laugh to see that stuff referred to hipster music. i think real hipster music is the stuff that's too hipster to even get a mention in the EDF music thread.

(but seriously, a lot of the stuff in there is legit hipster music)

Not a huge music buff and once I discovered Zeppelin at like age 20 in college everything else sounded like **** to me.

Yeah, "hipster music" would be more like my list probably (though I disagree with the characterization, but I tend to like kind of obscure stuff).

Arcade Fire, Radiohead, TV on the Radio, Modest Mouse, etc. etc. is all "mainstream hipster". Whether it's actually hipster or not is up for debate but faux hipsters pretend to love that stuff afaik.

I like siamese dream but its overrated in relation to the rest of their catalog. Just lol a the rest.
