I am sure they will determine that the 12mg or so of caffeine in the 4 oz. or so of Coca-Cola you'd find in a rum/whiskey and coke is much more acceptable than the twenty times that or whatever is in a can of Four Loko.

And plenty of mixed drinks are made without soda, besides.
