Just a guess. I'm a white male age 18-49, so everyone listens to me.
Why do I care if people treat me like ****. Happens every week. Doesnt bother me slightly. When people put me down I ignore them.

Maybe that means the world's just a slightly less terrible place because one guy got it. I don't think it's crazy to suggest that we all benefit from being in a society where less people hate each other.
Words dont hurt unless you let them. It is a choice to be hurt by words. You cant act like everyone is inherently hurt by words.
2. I hate no one, but a fair amount of people hate me. Why should I ever let the people that hate me bother me. I firmly believe in turning the other cheek. I said hi to a guy who has coldcocked me in the face 3 times in the past 4 years about 6 weeks ago when I saw him in the grocery store. His response was "why the **** are you talking to me?" It didn't phase me a bit and I told him "have a good night." If more people let things go and forgave people then society would be a better place.
