Just got in my first bar fight of my life last night.

Got a fat lip and a black eye but otherwise managed to avoid significant damage.

ha, i have been in one bar fight my entire life. the result was the same, black eye and fat (bloody) lip which I'll take because it was against the local college QB who I'm sure would have destroyed me if we weren't in a crowded bar.

as for guns, i've fired one in my life and that's enough. i don't mind when people have guns in their house but i want them on the wall, not in anyone's hand. and i was sitting on my porch last year when my neighbor came over to say hi and he had a handgun in the back of his shorts. i didn't say anything but all i could think was "wtf dude?"

It was really ****ing stupid. I was drunk out of my goddamn mind. Some dude in a beanie was making fun of me and my brother, so I took his hat off and threw it to the ground. Everybody got escorted outside, my brother and I were trying to get our credit cards and coats back when beanie dude's friend charged us, then I don't really remember much after that.

Got a couple solid shots in, brother got it a bit worse than I did, he had to go get stitches. All I got was a solid nights sleep and an ice pack in the morning.

haha, yeah really. pretty sure that guy was just advertising that they have guns. pretty dumb.

you could come to my house and have no idea that there's a gun in basically every main room of the house. i've had friends want to see one, and i'll get it and unload it and hand it to them, other than that, you'd never know.

theres a police officer down the block from one of my friends that routinely does yard work shirtless, with a belt and gun.

how big are you? i havent been in a bar fight in a couple yrs, haha. ive only been in a few and it involved bouncers each time. One time i took my shirt off my dress shirt and wrapped it around the chick i was grinding with, and it took about 6 security people to kick me out. Went back 6 months later and they wouldnt let me in. The head of security ended up committing suicide and the club ceases to exist. Its now under new ownership and has a different name. I also drank a little more than i should have last night. Also, a lot of bouncers are massive douche bags, some are cool though and sell you blunt wraps so you can some weed outside in the summer.

meh, what id say to this is, what kind of situations do you get into where you seriously need a gun? I guess robberies could happen to anyone, but most people who actually need guns probably put themselves in ****ty situations they shouldnt be in.

yup most of the people here are fine and its really rare that something would happen that zimmer described. A lot of bouncers unfortunately use their power to go out their way to be massive douches, though. When I partied a lot I would just go through vip most of the time to avoid them - id rather pay the money.
