same here.

I don't know if Colorado already has no smoking in restauarants/bars/etc., but I would think that getting even more stringent on that would be in order. As someone who doesn't smoke anything I don't even want to have to walk by someone on the sidewalk or outside the stadium smoking (a cigarette or weed). I don't care if people do it at home because it doesn't bother me, but in public places, even outside, it does bother me because the smell is pervasive and I end up coughing.

No smoking in any public place like that. Outside is fine but lots of businesses have signs that say no smoking within x feet.

If the President was smart they would decriminalize everything.

Course the DEA would be cut by a 1/4.

Good thing.

Ya, I don't understand exactly what this means.

The mayor said that they'll respect the wishes of voters in regards to this amendment.. but its still illegal at the federal level.

Not sure what that means for what is going to happen.

my guess is it means that legal dispensaries that pop up are going to be fine as are people growing 1-2 plants (or however much you need for personal use). However, they will work with the federal government toprosecute people growing large amounts without being setup as a business or those selling it out of pocket. Going after these crowds would lead to a higher percentage being dispensed through stores who will be responsible for tax bills, have accounting procedures, have employees on payroll, and have an address that they can knock on the door of if they think they're selling under the table. Basically, prosecuting the guys who continue to do it illegally would increas tax revenue by a large amount.

Gonna be very easy for legal dispensaries to pop up considering we seemingly have 1 medical dispensary on each city block.

Is it still illegal to grow hemp in those states?

That is the most lolest law ever.

Can't grow hemp because...it's related to cannabis yet you can't get high off it...lol America.

I imagine us passing this law is just a step in it being legalized nation wide eventually.

Which I guess I don't care about.. like I said before just hope tax rate is outrageous.

I'm confused. I thought you already could grow up to six plants for personal use in CO as far back as 4 years ago when I was shopping around for law schools because I was seriously considering applying to U of D primarily so I could legally grow my own weed.

lolvolcano. don't know. vaping just never did it for me. glass spoon was my go to.

looking back as someone who no longer smokes it was pretty dumb that I was seriously considering a law school based upon my ability to grow weed in that state.

However this would seriously undermine the legitimacy of The Wire and Breaking Bad being GOAT shows.
