Indy's pretty great for sports fans. Few cities host a bigger variety of sporting events. Our stadiums are elite. I don't know that there is a better city for a basketball fan. We have the Colts and Pacers, the best auto racing in the world, host numerous olympic trials, host the final four every few years, have the Big Ten championship games in football and basketball at least every other year, and will probably be hosting one of the first ncaa football championship games. We also just hosted a PGA event and the Super Bowl.
You must have lived in Carmel or something if you thought the people had superiority complexes. Snobbery is an odd thing to attach to Indy.
And racist? Indy is one the most integrated cities in the United States. Sure Chicago may be diverse, but our black and white citizens actually live on the same city blocks as each other.
