fwiw I hate running and have never ran more than 2 miles in a row and i generally suck at endurance type crap (also 6ft 240 currently) but i am athletic and in decent shape strength wise.

am i gonna hate my life? i was told the running isnt as bad because its like 1/2 or 3/4 of a mile at a time and then obstacles to break it up.
