It does when the issue is there's something in there or dust built up. I've gotten games to work doing that so it works; it's just not a good thing to do b/c of other reasons.

People didn't know how to clean electronics back in the 80's. You either blew or didn't play.

Pudge knows all about that.

I mean, I won't lie and say it wasn't part of my Nintendo cartridge remedies, but how often would dust really get inside the cartridge? It was more about knowing how to put the game into the machine.

Chilltown should go into comedy jail for a 'blow' joke - either that or back to 7th grade where I'm sure that would get high fives.

anyone else get hit with a phantom re-up fee from ESPN? I haven't had insider for years, randomly get a $65 charge on one of my cards from them. How much of a pain is it gonna be to get them to pay back?

Huge pain, I had to call them a bunch of times when they hit me up even though I had two years left on my subscription. Real stingy bastards.

i havent paid anything more than the 3 dollars or whatever the deal was a couple years ago but have used insider ever since. used paypal initially with a bank account that is now closed and moved out of state. i think my fraternity house still gets the magazine and someone said i was getting a bunch of bills from them but lol not my problem.

Re: SE FAQ, Liveblog and Karak's FFB Korner

being an espn insider wouldn't even be worth filling out the form, much less the possibility of being charged 3 years after i had the service

kinda can't believe it still exists, but lol people

Re: SE FAQ, Liveblog and Karak's FFB Korner

Ha, I just loaded up my HBO Go queue with three of those four series but have yet to jump in to any of them since a new show a lot of commitment and I'd rather just troll the internet while weeping softly.

EDIT: Treme was the one I didn't add (yet).
