Thremp was worth it like 5% of the time - especially when he wouldn't let an argument go and he was right. The rest he was just getting in weird fights all the time.

Lol I didn't get owned. I had a massive reply typed out but it made me look like a dick and i didnt want to get involved so I deleted it.

Timotheeeee and i talked privately and i had just assumed he knew facts which I now know he wasn't aware of. I'd bet a lot of money if I had it on there being an almost zero chance of a successful lawsuit. I say almost zero only because of an internal filter against absolutes. The procedural matters alone are a near absolute barrier to any cost effective litigation.

Like one replier said if this were actually some sort of easy case even assuming Thremp was fos then every lawyer in America would have plenty of work.

The problem though is he was wrong all the time. And he still wouldn't let it go. See: Any interaction with El Diablo. He thought the more he word bombed, the righter he would be. It made for brutal reading 98%+ of the time.

I understand that he dominated the H&F forum, so, he was probably right in those arguments. But my 2+2 "world", for the scope of this discussion (and, SE FAQ liveblog!) is and was Sporting Events. And whenever he crossed paths here, he was wrong, and he was a major dickoff about it.

Right I was being a dick. I was saying the thought of this specific guy accomplishing any sort of worthy or successful lawsuit in this specific situation is laughable (which it is).

Timotheeeee s post merely said he would win if thremp was lying which I wouldn't necessarily disagree with. I simply read it as he would have a worthwhile case that's even possible procedurally knowing the facts as I do, which was obv just me being a dick and putting words in his mouth.
