I mean, when you were 21 'staying in shape' was a lol statement. It meant nothing. You probably still played sport on a competitive level and had the metabolism of a race horse. It wasn't something you worried about.

Suddenly you're worrying about balanced diet, making time for the gym, getting enough sleep...as I said, more complicated.

To be fair, I think he's killed a lot of brain cells since that post (and maybe tried to smoke his SHIFT key as well). I personally have witnessed him slay a few thousand of them.

The problem was that I had recorded the original video in the highest definition my computer allowed which was the cause of the extremely long upload time. Please be nice in regards to my lady, it took some conniving to get her to be in frame.
