Picking up girls is really based on having two main attributes: Physical attractiveness, and ability to talk to them.

The problem is that while the confidence in your game goes up over time, your physical attractiveness starts trending downward.

It is kind of like being a successful NFL QB. You need to have both the physical ability to make all the throws (which doesn't last forever), and the intelligence to understand how to read NFL defenses (which takes time to learn).

I'm 33. I'm in my Rich Gannon phase. I've finally figured out how to play the game, and I can still make all the throws, but I know my age is going to catch up to me in the next couple years so my Super Bowl window is short.

i've increased my physical attractiveness as i've aged by eating healthier, exercising, dressing better, etc.

my presentation skills have increased so much that on a night out i now look way hotter than i did when i was 22. guys don't fall off a cliff in terms of physical attractiveness like most women do when they hit their late 20's

eta- really the main downfall from 26 > 22 is that my hair has been thinning, but i found ways to hide this like a boss to the point where it probably hurt me more when i was 22 and had much thicker hair

hot implies the most sex appeal so i think that's the most +EV description of your physical appearance so long as your goal is to attract women into sexual relationships.

eta- and even if you want to be a nit and say good-looking is equal or better, still doesn't explain why a guy shouldn't want to be hot.

Well stop projecting your lolbaldness on us baby. 22 was fun because it was college but I'm probably having more fun overall now at 25. Having basically the same group of friends as college but all with significantly more money helps.
