mac has grown on me. still lol slow and locks up and has some annoying gui inefficiencies that i cant seem to figures. mac is not intuitive at all as they claim. i know a few long time mac stallwarts that arent aware of important ways to manipulate.

anyway, its got some positives in that is sleek and portable which is pretty important. the battery charger magnet connect is grate. right click and scroll are grate.

If I ever got rich enough to have "FU" money, I'd open a public golf course and make it walking only.

Biggest pet peeve ever is being told my friends and I (all single-digit handicap and former golf caddies for 6+ years each) have to pay for and take carts on a Saturday morning to make play faster, then playing a 5-hour round.

Yeah I played behind a group of Asian women the other day, ****ing woat. It was also a Friday afternoon and we had 2 singles behind us while we were waiting on the 1st tee. 1st one we let go before us. 2nd one comes up before/as the other guy tees off, we say go join him. He didn't wanna join. I was like ok then enjoy being behind me all day, lol.

I mean who plays as a single on Friday afternoon? Play early or on a non-weekend if you wanna be a double single. He was pissed and skipped over us at the turn. What a dick. I also blame the starter Fwiw.

Me; at the courses I play it's pretty optimal if you want to play as a single. League play is Monday-Thursday evenings everywhere I've been so the course is all but shut down after 5-6pm, and Saturday/Sunday are filled up with weekend warriors, hackers, drunk frat guys, and everyone in between. Friday afternoon is pretty much dead - everyone is out to dinner or at happy hour or whatever

I can't believe I wasted decades of my life not knowing who this band was.

hate to attention whore but i turned 30 yesterday and that plus the recently graduated law student thing plus being unemployed makes me feel like such a loser. if i had just spent 600k on law school like ka.ra-k (more like been allowed to because g-town would have lol'ed at my app) life would be better. oh well 48 straight hours of drunkenness isn't a bad consolation prize. here's a giant **** you to missouri cops for shutting down the gas station i bought my k2 at making me fall back on beer.

diddy: i know you post there sometimes, but i'd really encourage you to post in the SL law school thread looking for advice. we've got some good networking stuff going on there, and im almost certain a good part of the crew could help point you towards employment. there's a lot you can be doing right now, even working solo, to help build your resume.

yea i dont think theres a time i wouldnt play as a single. ive pretty much always dreaded the idea of playing golf with randoms out of fear that they would suck, which is why the idea of playing golf with a gf/girl horrifies me. that could just be me being a snob and more of a me problem but when i was around scratch and playing every day if the course tried to stick me with a twosome i just politely declined and practiced and waited until i could go off on my own which usually resulted in me going off at like 5. which was fine bc i was usually one of few people out there so i cud do stuff like play 2 balls and get more variaton of shats in. late afternoon golf on hilton head island during the summer has to be one of the best environments to golf in, its perfect.
