the shake shack in times square was only like a 10 min wait the one time i went. that line in madison square park during lunch is obviously not worth it. zaitzeff costs a bit more but i think it's better than both by a comfortable margin and is easily worth the extra $3 or w/e. or you can pay twice as much and get something infinitely tastier at other random restaurants.

yeahhhh chipotle actually nails it since they're both adored by the masses.

well i don't know who would rate shake shack highly enough to wait in line for an hour over it so i agree it's sorta overrated too, but i think it's a bit better than five guys nevertheless.

well i'm acknowledging i may be spoiled, but i still don't think it's that hard to find an upgrade in other places. like when i lived in boston there was a place that had amazing burgers for $10, and its VORP was like 10 times higher than 5 guys.

Looooooool

yeah frosty frogs seems to be a popular recommendation. Some local was telling me about their everclear slushies. Coligny was recommended too. Heard of a few bars in the 'barmudia triangle' were decent too. hopefully some college fuzz out tonight

Ty fellas.

Coligny is actually a street circle right on the edge of the island and outside the "toe" (gated) area. There are 4 or 5 nice bars there. My buddy almost killed himself on $2 Heineken night tho

So after we discuss burger joints (again), it's time to talk about The Wire again, and then maybe move to discussing the relative hypermegaamericancheese eliteness of Ke$ha vs Carly Rae?
