Well the obvious answer is that theaters are run by people making at or near minimum wage who obviously don't GAF about enforcing rules. Level of caring is often directly proportional to compensation.

No no no, watching Breaking Bad marathon style is 10x better than Ep by Ep. I found S04 pretty dull doing that so stopped half way through and waited till it finished. Gonna do the same with S05. Im not as crazy about the show as most people on here though.
