Imma just gonna quote myself from the last time this came up to educate you fools:

Waiter, I'm ready to order. I"ll have 20 pieces of chicken, but make sure at least half the weight is bone with some other decent percentage inedible connective tissue. Also, bring me a cup of bleu cheese because I hate myself and want to suffer in case that wasn't already clear.

We're not talking about steaks. But I do prefer a porterhouse to a filet.

But lol @ comparing boneless wings to ****ing filets.

Re: SE FAQ, Liveblog and Forum Discussion

One is chicken, the other is a tiny amount of chicken with bones and **** in there. Not a hard choice at all.

Now if you make a chicken leg and covered it in buffalo sauce, you'd have something, but no place I've been to is willing to go that far.

Re: SE FAQ, Liveblog and Forum Discussion

it's debatable that boneless wings are actually chicken.

And phildo, it's not just about the dark meat. Obv dark meat is better. But boneless wings don't have skin. The skin is so ****ing key.

Where the hell are you guys getting wings, BW3s?? I guess what I call boneless wings are probably closer to strips but they still have skin on them.

what exactly does the bone contribute?

get some great boneless waaangz and you won't be covered in your food or struggle to eat the entire wing

I refuse to believe that given the choice someone will choose boneless over regular wings, its unfathomable.
