Talk to another local pizza joint and offer to cut them in if they'll just direct ship the pizza orders you email to them to the people that called you. Little work, no overhead.

Yellow is the best, easily. Green bananas aren't sweet enough and are too hard. Brown spotted ones too sweet and soft. Bananas have like a 3 day window for me, beyond that they are useless (I don't bake).

yes green bananas arent sweet and are pulpy and sourish. its not a nice flavor imo. doesnt even taste like bananas.

its annoying, gotta wait like 3-5 days to eat them if i buy them. good breakfast food tho.

Texture of bananas is gross imo, don't eat them by themselves. I mostly use them in smoothies, where I prefer yellow with some brown spots.

For baking, they need to be riiiiiipe, the browner the better.
