the white/black 12s are ****ing ugly. but the black and reds are dope ****.

i snapped up the all the black 10s online last month, and now i want the all white/blue ones.

so many J's are ugly tho imo. I only like the 3s (all colors) 4s, 5s, 9s, 10s, 11s and 14s. All black 13s aren't bad either, and the black/red 12s.

Like someone said access is determined by cable provider. It's probably not an intentional blockage of non-US IPs, just a result of not having agreements with non-US cable providers. If you have an Xbox with a Gold account I don't think the cable provider restriction applies. This might be the case with the PS3 but I don't have one so I can't say for sure.
