as a one off sure, but this would happen several times a week, in her mind, there wasn't a world without deep meaning, it wasn't possible to just wait in line to get a burger and nobody cares and nothing happens - that's what a lot of symptoms of mental health issues are, just people trying to escape mundane anonymity

for her, every little detail took on a deep and powerful meaning and there was no way to reason her out of it otherwise because she was running through schizo confirmation bias and anyone who disagreed was an idiot or they too were afraid of her and were now making things up to play that down
