Anyway, Vegas TR time:

After all the dumb stuff about the bachelor dropping out, we had a crew of 7 lined up to go. 4 of us got there about the same time, and got a cab to the Hard Rock. I put $400 on black, turned up green. After checking in I put $200 more on black and won. After more drinking and dinner, we hit the tables again. Didn't win or lose much, but the rest of our group got on the floor at about 11.

After much talk about strip clubs and getting everyone together, it was around 1 am and I wasn't seeing much action. I went to the Rhino's website on my phone and booked a car to get 5 of us, a bottle, and a section to sit in for $350. It was completely worth it, highly recommended for small groups. They had our section and girls waiting for us, got some dances at our section and some drinks, got some more dances in other areas, and ended up spending about $1.5k overall on me and the group. 3 of the guys haven't really done a strip club like that before so I felt compelled to at least get the ball rolling a bit for everyone.

It's hilarious how open all of them are about being willing to do absolutely anything assuming you have the money for it. I know all strip clubs will be full service for a price, but there was no song and dance about it whatsoever. I didn't indulge due to lolgirlfriendaments. Eventually I traded numbers with one (since deleted, thankfully) who was great in case I wanted to come back. She had my room key in her hand at one point and told me that she could be waiting for me by the time I got back to my hotel, and was also the girl that texted me about coming to get my blazer which I clearly left somewhere in that place. lol whores, good times.

Friday was mostly drinking by the pool at the Hard Rock. We did go on a nice craps run with back to back 20 minute+ rollers that made me back pretty much everything I spent the night before. Honestly don't remember where we ate that night, but we went to the Aria since one of us had a friend in town that was getting bottles and invited all of us (lol at inviting 7 guys to a VIP, but he's a cool dude so maybe that's why). I think it was called Gold, but it was a nice, smallish place with pretty good music. We eventually redeemed ourselves for being all guys and invited a bachelorette party of 8-9 girls into our area that were pretty fun. I gave one my phone to leave our absentee bachelor a message that ran on for a solid minute. It was hard to understand, but I definitely heard "You pussy" and "How the hell do you skip your own bachelor party?" 2-3 times each. We stayed there pretty late before skipping out back to our rooms.

Saturday was more pool drinking, but less so since we were going to Prime at the Bellagio and I didn't want to be ****ed up for a really good meal. We got there and everything looked awesome, but after the waiter fully explained what A5 Waygu Beef was I was pretty sold. It ran $30 per ounce and you had to order in 3 oz. intervals. I got 6 oz. of it to go along with 3 Blanton's for definitely one of the top dining experiences of my life, and easily the best steak I've ever had. Wrapped up our night at Hyde, a club at the Bellagio (this was after me tipping a shoe shiner $80 and the cashier at Hyde another $20 for no reason, I was pretty drunk and generous). Hyde was uneventul story-wise, but it is a great, great club with a nice view that was pretty damn wild.

Apparently at some point while at Hyde, the cheapest guy in the entire group (one of the guys I felt compelled to give a good strip club experience on Thursday) slipped away and went to the Rhino by himself. He apparently spent $3k, got all his credit cards frozen due to repeated use, and had the time of his life. Wish he would have told anyone he was going, but always good to see a buddy get over a super annoying trait and let loose. Some of the other guys were at Body English really late, but I probably clocked out around 4:30 or so.

Sunday was hangover city. Didn't get out of the room until 1. Ate ice chips at the pool for 2 hours until I felt OK enough to eat. Thankfully frozen fruit was on the menu and a plate of that had me feeling at least passable. Had two more drinks, checked out, and found $100 on the casino floor on the way out to the airport. Good times. We had the last flight out from Vegas to New Orleans and it was hilariously obvious by looking around the flight how beat everyone was.

Side note: McCarran blows. Wouldn't be surprised if a major renovation for that place comes up soon.

Telling people you're at a bachelor party without a bachelor is also an incredibly conversation starter. Got a free dance out of it and every person and girl you talk to about it is just like "Are you ****ing serious?" Definitely recommend throwing that into a routine to pick up girls if you can get a few guys to commit to it.

Didn't Detroit try to sell its old stadium for like $1 (obo) and nobody wanted it?

I mean I don't blame them. Stadiums cost hundreds of thousands just to maintain (lol Astrodome) and are pretty useless if you can't get a tenant but still, LOL Detroit.
