My homemade grass-fed beef liver pate sandwhich; meh. I suspect the problem lied with the buttermilk maranade--I didn't even realize they made non-fat buttermilk. I also had to use some butter instead of bacon fat when my wife went ahead and made me a bacon sandwhich for my lunch and started to wash up afterwards.

I'd give it a 6 of 10, mainly on the strength of nutritional value. I doubt I can get wife to eat this.

If I haven't mentioned it before, the Nathan's brand mustard is a winner.
