No, I don't. But thanks for asking. I do pretty well for myself and understand the Canadian market pretty well. I obviously don't know enough about the US economy. In Canada, going fixed is widely regarded as the sucker move. Mortgage rates have been competitive and consistently going lower. My bad on not knowing the US economy as well as I do.

Now I know.

Its not surprising that Canadians don't understand economics at all. After all, if they did then they might have managed to have economy that matters on the world scale.
