Now I know.
Its not surprising that Canadians don't understand economics at all. After all, if they did then they might have managed to have economy that matters on the world scale.

Canadian economy > American economy. We have ****ed things up brutally. Why is it Canadians didn't suffer in 2008? They protected themselves. Canada has far more regulations, and as a result, are not nearly in the crises that we are.

So, college football was obviously a great diversion while it lasted, an escape really. I was going to talk about it right after the season ended, but you know, things come up. Sorry about holding out on you guys, and probably for unprovoked lashing out and whatnot.

Anyway, I'm going to begin logging her progress from today. We're really New Yorkers in Alabama, so we have limited smart people we can seriously discuss these matters with. Appreciate any input, and no, we're not that old.
That's awful mate. Nothing of value to add, but best of luck to your wife and yourself.

LOL. Go live in Canada bro. Canada suckles at the teat of the US. If it wasn't so damn cold up there, most of that **** would be called North North Dakota by now, and be part of the USA.

That's why the Canadian dollar is the reference currency for the rest of the world amirite? That country probably matters less than Cyprus.

Canada's quietly blowing its own housing bubble right now. Either CAD, the banks, or the mortgage insurers (or all of the above) will be a pretty hudge short over the next few years imo

Lol Canada's UE rate went up by 33% 2008-09. Of course they suffered when the US economy did. The entire Canadian economy is reliant on the US.

With Al Gore's global warming, the value of ice should skyrocket in the next 50 years. It'll be like gold, people will store ice under their bed. Canada, Greenland, and the Siberian section of Russia will all have the last laugh. And people will move to Antarctica in droves.

Natural resources ftw.
