Goddammit now I just want to post a bunch of spoilers.

Edit to add: Would give me a chance to put off this document drafting due tomorrow even more though, but you deserve the joy and shock we have all felt at different moments.

Don't search Google or watch Youtube for anything about the show or you'll get spoilered.

Use that if you have questions (you will). Only read the episode pages. Don't click any of the character pages.

Greatest man on earth. As someone raised Catholic, it makes me ill to know how much more influence the Church/Pope has than this man, and yet will never have a message so universal and positive for the world.

People who show up late to a group event are terrible. My wife's extended family is like this, and has been for 14 years now.

Every god damn year we meet at the same god damn Saltgrass at 11:30 for MIL and her twin's birthday (yes, not only do I have a mother-in-law, but there is another person who is identical to her in every way - YAY! Double the fun!)

The extended family is like 20 people. Wife and I are always the first to show up, usually at about 11:25. Every year it's me saying "God I hate your family - we're going to be the only ones there again." lol.

Sure enough we are. We also meet on Sunday so no alcohol until noon at the bar.

Most people show up by noon. 1 chick (wife's cousin) will literally show up at like 12:30. Her husband and their 3 kids will get there around 11:45 and she, inexplicably, will arrive at 12:30. WTF is she doing when the other 4 members of her family are all somewhere else!?

RAGE. Her extended family meets up about 20 times a year, so this isn't like a rare thing.

I hate people that are always late, it would probably ruin a friendship. I'm always 15 minutes early to everything, it's not anyone else's fault that I am so I don't care if they are on time.

But when someone shows up 20 minutes late, and I was 15 minutes early, that means I'm sitting there forever. Drives me insane.

Yep, 100% agreed. It becomes a trust/honesty thing as well as a convenience/logistics thing - can you take their word at face value? There's a ceiling for any relationship in which that isn't the case.

For habitually late people, it's basically their way of letting everyone know "I respect and value my time much more than I do you and yours".

If they respect everyone's time so little, they shouldn't agree to show up. Just don't even come so we can ****ing eat on time, please.

Agree with SHARK DOCTOR that habitual and predictable lateness patterns really speak volumes about a person.

Just agreed to a $50 freeroll to eat a bag (about 4 oz) of ghost pepper flavored beef jerky at around 2:30 today.

Let's see how this goes

I mean, half of this time is your fault. I definitely lean more towards being early than late, but I try to get places on time, not deliberately early.
