hmmm...well I got it delivered to my office as I do with everything and I literally took the mail out of the mailman's hand 10 feet from my desk on Monday and it was apparently scanned as delivered at around the time he got in (the confirmation scan is within a half hour of the time I remember the mail coming). Our regular mail guy was out that day and we also had 2 Christmas cards that had the seal broken on that day (I'd never seen that before, but we had one like that yesterday with the normal mail guy also). Chances the mail guy just stole my gift? Couldn't be anyone else unless he never scanned it out and thats a system glitch.

It's a 25 dollar item, I have to imagine Amazon will understand unless you have a history of losing stuff (which obv you don't), or this is like your first order ever, also unlikely

Me:thank you, is there a possibility of getting it shipped by Friday? It is a gift that I need by Sat morning.

Tammy:"I'm sorry for your frustration with you not getting your items, and I’m going to do everything I can to help.

Tammy:Guaranteed Delivery Date: Thursday, December 20, 2012 how is that for service?

Me: perfect

edit: will not be dealing with the USPS and all their nonsense but will ask our regular mailman whats up to see if he knows.

My gf got a damaged item that she needed returned, but we needed in time for a Christmas thing this weekend. They sent out the new one immediately and said to return the messed up one within 30 days for no charge. Just a really good company.
