And he's only 20, so he doesn't even have decades of alcoholism to draw upon. Really awe inspiring stuff

Men really shouldn't be drinking things that aren't stout, ale, whiskey or gin (wine / champagne at the dinner table is okay), but not knowing a good beer from a ****ty beer is all part of being young and / or uncouth.

Who was it with the chocolate wine drink in here last week? SE is not necessarily a bastion of good taste.

that ER helicopter decapitation scene was probably the most awesome thing I had seen on tv at the time when I was ~10 yrs old.

for ER fans: watch the movie "Croupier". its a really great movie centered around gambling and features the excellent Clive Owen and the awesome tits of the British Dr. from ER

my breathalyzer got lost somewhere a while back, but i had to be approaching that saturday around 6pm or so, and all i was doing was making snow angels in random yards and throwing gasoline on the fire we had going.

yea I have always heard .3 is like life threatening but those people probably have an incentive to be nitty...I knew a guy in high school who got arrested as like a small sophomore with a .34 but somehow he remembered pretty much everything. Driving a car is as epic as it is epically stupid

When I woke up after my 21st birthday I blew a .14 but idk how accurate those cheap BAC things are

not accurate at all.. the breathalyzers that cops use aren't even super accurate

true. if you think you're close opt for the blood test. if not you deserve to get popped. never do a field test.

And Vic Mackey shoots another cop in the face in the pilot. Even from the beginning the show was trying to suggest that these were not necessarily the guys you should be rooting for.
Spoiler:
Yeah, the more I think about it, I probably failed at watching the Shield. Maybe a rewatch in the future is in order.

Nonetheless, I always viewed the cop killing in the pilot as just for shock so that the series got picked up. It was always bothered me that they ignored it for 4 seasons and then brought it back as the major plot line of season 5. By then it was such a throw-away issue to me. There was so much wrong that the Strike Team did, not sure why they felt the need to bring that back into the mix. Forrest Whittaker could have investigated the money train or whatever instead.

what if you're at 0.5 and hang your truck off the side of an overpass after the Oregon/Oregon St. game?

I believe this also gets my vote as the WOAT.

Not sure if it's really considered beer though, might be in the malt liquor category.

Where I'm from they call it 211. Either that or worse than homemade moonshine.

I asked for a blood test instead of the breathalizer and the cop tried to threaten me with automatic suspension of license. Luckily, I knew better and told him too bad. Yeah, I had to spend the night in jail but the case ended up getting thrown out and he got roasted by the judge in court for a few minutes on his stupidity (followed me out of a bar that he was sitting in the back parking lot and pulled me over without me breaking any traffic laws)

also High life is tasty..but it mostly looks delicious because of the clear bottle.
