as far as cheap beer, Natty Light is 95% of the quality of BL/ML for like 60% of the price. But if I don't want to go that bottom of the barrel, I'd much rather drink ice-cold Coors bottles than Bud Light or Miller Lite.

This is correct. The debate regarding domestic light beers is among the most pointless, ever. They're all different shades of the same piss, and anyone who drinks them for taste doesn't have any.

I tend to give Bud/Coors a notch above the other bargain barrel light beers. This isn't even getting into the phenomenal deal that is 30 STONES FOR 12 BONES

I laugh pretty hard when my gf's family refuses to touch that disgusting Coors Light that I'll bring to tailgates & such as they sit there pounding Busch Light. Come on. It's all the same.

I will say that Miller is the one that stands out as being different from the other domestic light piss-water barley pops...not better or worse, just different. Little hoppier I guess.

Das Boot,

I do believe that tattoo isn't of Coors Light but rather Coors, the Original Banquet Beer, which is spectacularly underrated on the scale of Dennis Rodman during his years with the Pistons.

While I am of the mind that almost all tattoos are a bad idea and that is no exception, at least that person had good taste in some small way.

One more thing:

Spoiler:
To me, Breaking Bad succeeded where The Shield failed. Walter White's story arc is just amazing, taking someone that you rooted for and turned him into the villain that you rooted against. With the Shield, it just didn't work for me. From the beginning, the Strike Team were the bad guys you rooted for. I rooted against everyone that was trying to take them down. I guess I just need my protagonist to win in the end.
Spoiler:
I think Breaking Bad is the better show, but I wouldn't describe The Shield as a failure in that regard at all. It's still IMO one of the top 6-8 dramas of all time, and there's a clear throughline from it to Breaking Bad in terms of influence on that kind of character arc.

And Vic Mackey shoots another cop in the face in the pilot. Even from the beginning the show was trying to suggest that these were not necessarily the guys you should be rooting for.

also, Party Down is pretty great. There are a handful of other recent comedies I'd recommend too.

First part was okay but definitely went LOL Dids on the bolded. I'd take any season of LOST besides the final season over almost [final season aside] any season of The Shield and I enjoyed both shows outside the last season of LOST.
