Golf broadcasts are by far the strangest. It's basically an army of 7-8 guys around the course on specific holes with another guy providing updates. But they do things like describe exactly what each player is wearing. "Westwood now to putt here on the 7th. White cap, red shirt, white belt, white pants. Surveys it from the side, and now from behind. Steps up to the ball now. Takes a practice stroke, now a second. And he strokes it, carrying quite a bit of pace and Ohhhh it just lips out on the low side" They tell you exactly what the player is doing in an almost creepy manner from the moment they cut to them on the course until their shot has concluded.

And these guys usually talk much quieter than the TV guys since they have to be talking constantly throughout the duration of the shot, so you get that stereotypical golf-whisper for the whole broadcast. Definitely odd, but strangely hypnotic; I didn't want to stop listening.

I like golf on the radio if I'm in the car and its an option.

I like golf if hot women are having sex on the course.

Considering Needle has a PhD in Football Knowledge, you'd think he'd stumble into some wins once in a while but I guess not. I guess he's too smart for his own good.
