Man, jersey shore basically gg. We're just sending in some loaders into seaside today to clear out areas, supposedly the body count is going to start picking up.

www.app.com has some good photos and videos of some of the damage to the barrier islands if you're into that kinda thing.

I assume there's no storm protection for something this size up there other than natural barrier islands and stuff? Just taking a storm surge up the ass with hardly anything diverting it is awful. Rough pictures.

Schu you are ******ed. The storm was worse than people expected leading up to it.

Pretty sure it is going to end up the 2nd most expensive hurricane in terms of damage in us history behind Katrina.

Some of these stories coming out now are really sad, but infuriating at the same time. These families that died in their own homes - there is just no reason for that to happen, there was ample warning.
