they're already bumping retirement ages in ohio. i don't remember exactly but it used to be you could retire at 30 years with no age restriction at like 72% of the average of the last 3 years salary. 35 years was something like 90%.

now it's like 35 years and something about being 60 years old. that doesn't really sound right but i don't care to look it up.

i just know by the time i'm around retirement age it'll be worse.

as wiper is sometimes referred to as "viper", the wifer thing got switched to "vifer" in my mind for a moment, which made me think he was married to Viffer or something. not good times.

Last edited by 72off; 10-13-2012 at 09:52 PM. Reason: but yeah wifer is pretty solid

someone should pitch a wiper reality show, a scrub cable network would be interested at the very least

When your best part of town is a mediocre college campus, you're a crappy US city.
Indy's pretty great for sports fans. Few cities host a bigger variety of sporting events. Our stadiums are elite. I don't know that there is a better city for a basketball fan. We have the Colts and Pacers, the best auto racing in the world, host numerous olympic trials, host the final four every few years, have the Big Ten championship games in football and basketball at least every other year, and will probably be hosting one of the first ncaa football championship games. We also just hosted a PGA event and the Super Bowl.

You must have lived in Carmel or something if you thought the people had superiority complexes. Snobbery is an odd thing to attach to Indy.

And racist? Indy is one the most integrated cities in the United States. Sure Chicago may be diverse, but our black and white citizens actually live on the same city blocks as each other.

I keep trying other ones but I've never been particularly impressed. The Post Road isn't nearly as flavorful as Buffalo Bill's. I don't remember the Dogfish Head one being anything special either although I might have to try it again. And so on.
This is fantastic, just cracked one open

Oh that was beautiful, just pulled into a truck stop 3 minutes before my truck's computer would have reported that I broke the law for going over my daily 14 hours

I don't run that way, but tonight I had to have the guys at a distribution center redo the trailer loading because they were so stupid. And the prick security guard wouldn't let me park in the yard for the night. Arguing with him woulda just run me that much closer to a violation, so I just said see ya
