Yeah, I agree with this. It bothers me when he wants to talk about important issues but also deflate the importance of his own voice on those issues, especially considering how many people watch him. Yes, it should be the job of real reporters to cut through the crap, but most of them don't want to, and he's doing it. That's what makes it important work.

But the other part of what bothers me about calling him "just a comedian" is that it implies comedians can't have anything of value to say.

Well, there's only one option with button flys. Zipper depends on a matrix of variables, the two critical ones being the underwear of choice and the presense (or lack) of a belt.

People that don't understand the phrase "have your cake and eat it too" confuse me. It's pretty obvious: You can't enjoy your cake without destroying (eating) it.
