You should listen to some more of their songs. Lots of great stuff, and many of them work great acoustically as well.

My problem with Pandora is that no matter how I try to configure a station it always ends up being roughly the same six bands over and over

They also seem to have a pretty gross misunderstanding of what I'm looking for when I create a station of a certain band

key is to make stations with a song rather than an artist and you get a lot more variety

anyway, after school today i somehow got roped into going to an akron children's hospital corporate grand opening nearby here today. was supposed to go with a couple people and just mingle or whatever.

so i park and i'm walking in, and it's literally 100 fifty-something dudes in expensive suits. i had on baggy cargo pants and a golf shirt. and what some would call slippers. went back to my car and put shoes on and tucked my shirt in, but spent the next 3 hours of my life IN A ROOM MINGLING WITH ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SOMETHINGS WEARING EXPENSIVE SUITS.

**** man. NOT my kinda scene.

i texted my brother (who would share my displeasure at such a scene) and he texted back, 'take off your shirt, show them your 2+2=5 tattoo, everyone runs, you get home early'.
