those people that spend an entire day following like, 1,000 people without even tweeting once so hopefully those people follow them back and they instantly have a good following.

you follow them back.

i know i saw one guy was up to following about 1,000 people and got to about 800 followers. then next day he unfollowed me, so i looked at his page and he was following 4 people...haha, tried to play the old switcheroo.

Out of curiosity, I was in Wilmington, NC for a month in June/July. I noticed that they had recently installed the cameras on many of the stoplights down there. And over the past couples weeks these same cameras have now popped up on the vast majority of lights in the area that I live in, in New Jersey. Have these cameras been common across the country or is this something just now popping up?
