It's really a shame that Donnell Rawlings doesn't seem to do anything else, I loved him on that show.
I think Clayton Bigsby and the racial draft are somewhat overrated. In general, I'd say that the sketches that were directly about race were less interesting and funny than sketches that were more character driven (some examples mentioned in this thread being the true Hollywood stories, Mad Real World, Wayne Brady). I also liked some of the throwaway ones where Dave is just goofing off - Fisticuff's "Turn My Headphones Up" being a recent example that I rewatched the other day.
