i've also seen studies that suggest that fat people snack based on ease of food. (like, the study involved putting out a bowl of shelled and unshelled peanuts in a waiting room. skinny people ate the same amount of peanuts, roughly, from both bowls, but fat people ate a ton more of the ones already shelled.) so... don't keep bad, easy to snack on food around the house and you'll see an improvement.

He posted at least two (could have been a hundred, I have no clue) "lol soccer" posts and was pissing off a bunch of posters in that thread yesterday. Considered deleting and sending him a PM asking him to cut it out but **** it. By now it should be pretty obvious to forum regulars that trolling soccer regs in their own thread is obnoxious and punishable, so he got a day off.
If you must troll them just do it here, this is neutral ground.
