there's decent alternatives out there now. i went with one that cost less than half of barbri. im still trying to get the deposit i gave them my 1L year ("everyone is doing it! you should too! they are great exam study tools they give you!" -stupid professor) back, but i dont care ill just eat it if i have to

80% of the people in our class that took it in December and studied using Kaplan failed the bar, so i hope that's not what you are on. Themis maybe? I have a friend doing that for the Ill bar and he will fail but he's also a goddamn idiot that shouldn't have graduated in the first place.

Edit to add: They were December grads, not 2nd time test takers. You are right that it was the February bar because there is not one in December.

if they are taking kaplan in december, it's because they are taking the february bar and failed it previously. february bar pass rates are always really low for that reason.

you have never gone for a walk in the park during the summer, take a seat on a bench for 15minutes just taking in the scenes (including people)?

Chances are there some hot chicks and other random weird **** to see. Especially if you are in Minneapolis, the hipster capital of the US.

2. In your free time, wouldn't you want to spend time with your friends? Or maybe its a substitute for having friends?

3. Why not interact with the people? Why sit on the sidelines and watch them like a creep?

In my free time I do not always want to spend it with other people/friends. Its my time. Thats even assuming I would deliberately go people watching. Most people don't, they just do it when they go somewhere.

People watching is my grandma's favorite hobby, glad to know she is a freak.

For an example of when she does this: If we were to go to the mall and shop for a few hours, at some point she will get tired as she is a really old lady. She will then just sit on a bench and happily people watch until we come back to get her.
