I am far and away the most lenient mod and the biggest proponent of letting the posters determine their own fate. I knew what Jetto was about a long time ago, but the forum made it clear they enjoyed interacting with the fake village idiot, so I let it go on til Jetto got too greedy, too high volume and too inconsistent to the point where all the support dried up, except for the select, vocal minority, most of whom were involved or knew what was up, a few of whom were actually duped and were being secretly laughed at and mocked the whole time by Jetto. Like Chilltown said, its dirty.

I fought for months to keep TuT and Epi from being banned and spent hours privately discussing/pleading with them to tone it down. They'd have been canned way prior otherwise.

What we do ask for in return is don't mistake leniency and inaction for us being ******s. We know what's up, we just prefer that those who want to participate, are able to, and will go to extraordinary lengths to let them as long as they can avoid being train-wreck disruptive most of the time. Alternative views and extra traffic are good way more often than bad.

The plot as far as you're concerned is that you suck, and you think you're way smarter and more clever than you are, but whatever, I'm not gonna ban you for it. Others might if I stepped down. That's the plot.

ive been fairly confident jetto wasn't real for a long time now, but i did enjoy interacting with the gimmick so i didnt care. like ive said plenty of times, im like a kid in santa clause denial.

but the quality did go down significantly in the last few months or so. it's unfortunate!

Seriously though it doesn't bother me at all Jetto was banned (eventhough I personally didn't mind him). It's not like the forum loses anything. I just want to know the truth about who Jetto was/wasn't.

I wouldn't be surprised if my ignore list, which spans about 40 accounts, was really only 3 or 4 select individuals. Why they decide to take their suckiness here, I have no idea, but whatever. The less they interact the better.
