the house is always in a 2 year election cycle. senators are only up every 6 years, so 1/3 of the senate is "campaigning" at any given time... and honestly it's prob only the year of.

they get like four months after they're voted out because it's based on the 18th century when you had to travel to washington after being elected and all that

so it's not like a parliamentary system where the PM being term limited makes his final term the lame duck term. lame duck period is a congressional thing that happens every two years unless by some miracle every incumbent got voted back in. if it were referring to president, they would say lame duck president

But then again, the typical american has not a clue what the federal reserve is supposed to do, let alone how it conducts open market operation w/ the use of sale and repurchase agreements and less frequently quantitative easing (the purchasing of vast amounts of U.S. bonds from primary dealers such as Goldman Sachs and Citigroup in order to increase the money supply for economically stimulative purposes)
I 4.0'd my EC 202 final after teaching myself the whole semester from the book in 2 hours, let's not act like this is neurosurgery.

Technically this is innaccurate. In the following sentences I will demonstrate why this is the case. In order to understand the following I will first direct you to exhibit A. Exhibit A is the wikipedia article (henceforth "wiki") about capitalization. You must read and understand the nuances of capitalization in order to understand why "Karak" spelled backwards is not "karak." The wiki section of the capitalization article on nouns provides a suitable explanation of such. Once you have processed this information it should be clear that "Karak" spelled backwards is "karaK" rather than "karak."
