Tuq you know you can turn down the difficulty level until you're out of the dungeon you're stuck in (seems like you've been there for a while) then bump it back up right? Pretty cheap but sounds like it might be necessary. I can't imagine going to Frolerhosteyshu or whatever at lvl 10.

Honestly it doesn't matter. the race specific bonuses/spells are insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Ur Khajiit can do anything a nord can do and vice versa.

It is mainly an aesthetic choice like BA said but I would restart just because I'm pretty sure the khajit bonuses/powers don't come into play near as much as nord/breton/Orc/elf classes in the early game where you'll actually use them.

To be fair, 1) I only play like an hour a day and didn't play at all yesterday, and 2) I have been slowly plowing through the dungeon and reloading a ton, so clearly making progress but it's hardly much fun.

Good tip on the difficulty change though.

It just feels kind of like it would be cheating. Besides, I can always just turn around and walk out.

Hard to compare as they're so so different. I haven't touched Dark Souls since Skyrim came out. Then again I was stuck in crystal cave for like two weeks before that never getting any further. I wish the weapon upgrading/how magic works was made a little easier/more clear in Dark Souls tbh. I've played both Demon's Souls and Dark Souls and have never figured out how upgrading weapons really works.

I guess multiplayer is better if you like FPS's. I for one really suck at FPS's and really don't enjoy them in general, thus I prefer single player stuff.

Yeah sports multiplayer I obv enjoy. If anyone has 2K12 for PS3 and would like to get got once the rookies get implemented in the game [that's when I plan on buying], lmk.
