went to my first nfl game yesterday, falcons @ seahawks. holy **** does it get loud in there, couldn't hear myself yell something at my buddy whenever the falcons had the ball. made me appreciate how rough it is for qbs, ryan having to pull over the fullback on every play and scream through his earhole. great atmosphere in seattle tho, at least they made it close but lol @ that fg attempt to end the game. also timeout management is hard, pete carroll. will hopefully get my next one in when the ravens come into seattle in november.
I was on the field for the Saints/Vikings opening game last year and I thought I was going to have hearing problems. If it's loud in the stands, and I know Seattle is, just imagine what it's like when you're actually in the direction all that noise is directed at. It's deafening.

I was at the the Steelers-Colts playoff game in 2005 and I actually did develop hearing problems in my right ear from that game.

Instead of playing that game 40 hrs/week, I think I would rather be a street cleaner for $20/hr.
