I wasn't trolling you, but just sharing an opinion. Multiple people disagreed with it, but you were the only one that took the short temp ban. You can disagree with someone without resorting to over the top namecalling.

Either way, didn't want to give you ban #9, as I didn't think that was worthy of you being gone for 9 days, as something like that would certainly be a net negative to the forum. If you want I can add one on the list for you under "Other".

I certainly hold no ill will for you, and was actually sticking up for you in the mod forum over the last couple days when some mods from other forums were talking about how they thought you should be perma'd.

Yeah, people who had limited knowledge of GREEAR's body of work chiming in like subject matter experts was pretty interesting. And then someone referencing my first usernote on him from 3+ years ago in an attempt to use it against me. Witch hunt imo.

That said, this one was a ridiculously obvious and easy ban given what GREEAR wrote, and it would have been weak to not ban and not fair to others to let him get away with it. Anyone suggesting otherwise is wrong.

epic fail for not posting Nate Dogg's GOAT song, Needle.

always cracked me up how he was on all these songs, but didn't release his 1st solo album until '98, and nothing after '04. wonder if this ever led any people out there to assume that his first name was actually "Featuring".

I was thinking about this today. The Rihanna pick in the music draft got a ton of hate and was labelled as the worst or one of the worst picks in draft history, and I'm not here to argue against that. But I think that it definitely got overshadowed that I also pretty much had the steal of the draft by getting Diddy in the 11th round.

The Beatles were before my time but that doesn't mean I haven't heard of Hey Jude.

I posted the earlier RIP at work, so a bit tough to write up much then. Gonna miss Nate Dogg. One of the all time great rap/r&b fusion artists. R Kelly has taken that title and carried it to great heights, but Nate Dogg created it with his friends Snoop, Warren G and Dr. Dre. A bunch of singles have already been mentioned (wtf Needle ).

I am guessing I am one of the few people to own his first solo album. yeah, its not very good, and its a double disc, but there were some classic g-funk and 213ish cuts on it if you take the time to sift through it.

Just a few:
Friends w/ Snoop and Warren (fitting song for him today)

G-Funk

First We Pray

Nobody Does it Better

One with WC and Snoop (not previously mentioned):
The Streets

RIP Nate

Five seconds after his death, I hope Nate rose up to say "smoke weed everyday," then died again.

RIP
