The same thing applys with the world cup avators a lot of people have the same one (the goal green allowed to the US is just one example), theres simply no rule that states someone cant have the same avator as someone else, and I know even your not enough of a ****** to think otherwise.

lol I agree with this completely, and especially lately since so many people have the same avatar throughout the playoffs and WC.

Tuq always has a problem of applying the rules equally (or knowing what the rules are). He may be the coolest person in real life (im guessing not but honestly i have no clue) but as a moderator hes a flat out joke and thats just putting it lightly.

He'll let his friends say or do whatever they want on the forums and hell ban me for saying someones post sounds like a tool or for posting pictures of Evgeni nabokov after the sharks eliminated his team. Or he uses his power in other inappropriate ways by editing posts of mine or editing his posts that say I have aids and change it to aids flavored posting to cover himself (that was funny).

this is just the latest episode in terms of avators where hes changed my avatar before to the WANGZ avatar when they were playing the sharks, or some kid with red hair and freckles, or taking my avatar down plenty of times like hes done today.

I dont care what tuqs decision is either, I just want it applied equally like all the rules should be. If hes going to continually take down my avatar then he has do the same to every person who has a duplicate avatar to someone elses and find out who had it first. Either that or he has no right singling me or anyone else out for having the same avatar, especially when i actually pm'd tarheels saying his avatar was cool (tuq was saying i was being annoying to cover up his immature wrongdoings) and asked for permission and he said it was fine and even gave me the link to use (anyone can pm him or he can confirm this himself that he said it was fine for me to use his avatar and in addition what my motive was).

The difference between kidcolin and ActionJacson having the same avatar is that one doesn't read kidcolin's posts and say to themselves "did tarheels overdose on stupid pills recently?" and force themselves to look at the name above it to see who it actually was.
