I honestly think the guac in plastic cups is a separate insta-loss as well. The analogy I used in slack is the following:
If you made a bet that you could consume 10 milkshakes in an hour, and you left the blender remnants all ten times but finished whatever you poured into the cups, you would lose the best obviously because of the mass of the leftovers.
Here, unless he's like scraping out the cups and using water to rinse them into his mouth, he's leaving a significant weight of guac in the cups just due to their design, and therefore not "eating everything that comes with the order." It's probably like 10% of each guac cup, repeated 300 times that's 30 guac cups not consumed at all. Even at 5% it's 15, etc.

cheating already but even 10x of what he has seems extremely difficult. if add-on bacon is "hot food" then its way easier
if I'm betting against and he is going to angle shoot on the apples then I'm making sure he licks the guac cups clean

Best strat might be to chug an overcooked bacon condiment soup for as much $ as you can until you throw up then figure out the rest from there.
